The Pointe at Pelican Landing CA Pool Rules & Regulations

Your community pool is for residents and accompanied guests only.  Please refer to your CA for the approved number of guests.  Unless otherwise posted, the pool is a non-smoking facility.  Please observe these and other posted rules for an enjoyable pool season!

• There should be no solo swimming.
• All children under 14 should be accompanied by an adult (18 yrs. or older)
• All toddlers 3 yrs. and under (or not potty trained) should wear swim diapers with close fitting rubber pants over top
• No glass containers are permitted inside pool fence
• There should be no running, boisterous or rough play
• No person under the influence of alcohol or drugs should use pool
• There should be no spitting or blowing nose in pool
• Persons with diarrhea illness or nausea should not enter pool
• Persons with skin, eye, ear or respiratory infections should not enter pool
• Persons with open lesions or wounds should not enter pool
• No animals or pets allowed in pool
• Swimmers should take a shower before entering pool
