THE POINTE consists of 160 units representing 52 Coach Homes and 108 Carriage Houses. The 160 units have either a lovely lake and fountain view or views of Spring Creek Preserve, with a lot of Florida wildlife. The Pointe has beautiful landscaping and plantings to enjoy year round. Owners can store canoe/ Kayaks at The Pointe canoe dock and explore the preserve and creek all the way to Estero Bay.

While many of the residents live at The Pointe full time, others are snow birds. Residents are of all ages and are from all regions of the USA, the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, Germany, Canada, etc.

Board meeting dates agendas, minutes, maintenance announcements as well as all Social Calendar news and updates are posted on the main bulletin board in front of The Pointe clubhouse and on bulletin boards in each of the mid-rise buildings by the elevators. The Pointe swimming pool was recently refinished and is one of the largest in Pelican Landing. The clubhouse contains an exercise room, social room and full kitchen.

As part of a warm and very friendly community, The Pointe social committee plans parties, cookouts, movie nights, game nights, and a “Happy Hour” held on the 1rst and 3^rd Thursday of each month, a great place to meet new friends. The social events are a great opportunity to socialize with your friends and neighbors.
